Available “SpeedLoader” aids in consumable changes without the worries and leaks caused by O-rings, or the expense of spare torch bodies. The special SpeedLoader fixture allows preassembly of the nozzle, nozzle retainer, diffuser, shield, and shield retainer. The operator can swap out pre-assembled consumable sets quickly and easily, minimizing downtime for consumable replacement or changeover. The SpeedLoader requires no expensive torch bodies and does not break any of the fluid connections when swapping parts - eliminating the risk of o-ring damage or leaks. 
What makes the SpeedLoader work is a special “locking ring” that screws onto the threads on the nozzle. This holds the nozzle to the nozzle retaining cup. The SpeedLoader fixture helps by allowing you to compress the o-ring on the nozzle, then screw the locking ring in place. Once the nozzle is attached to the retaining cup, the remainder of the components can be installed either on or off of the SpeedLoader fixture.
