The m3 plasma system’s modular design can be configured to meet individual customer requirements. The same flow control and torch are used to handle the entire cutting range, so you can start with a 200 amp power source, and later upgrade to 360, 450, or 600 amps. Also, two 360 amp power supplies can be paralleled to provide 600 amps. So you can start now with a 360 amp system and easily upgrade to 600 amps in the future.
Or, a machine configured with two 360 amp systems can occasionally parallel the two 360 amp power supplies for thick plate cutting on one torch.
